McNamee Hosea Announces Promotion of Three Principals
C. Ryan Cohill specializes in real estate and construction law, title insurance defense, and business disputes. His dedication to achieving optimal outcomes for clients has been evident throughout his tenure with the firm. Ryan is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He is committed to helping clients navigate legal challenges by developing individualized strategies. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities.
Mr. Cohill received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, MD. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.

Kelly S. Kylis has been an integral member of our litigation team, focusing on business disputes, litigation, and personal injury defense. She has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, including jury trials and appeals in Maryland's highest courts. Kelly is admitted to practice in Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the District of Columbia. Beyond her legal practice, she is an avid equestrian, participating in mounted fox chasing with the Marlborough Hunt Club.
Ms. Kylis earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C, where she graduated cum laude. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating cum laude.
