Careers

“Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing.” — Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the U.S.

McNamee Hosea was founded on the idea that clients are best served by a firm that can provide a range of skills and, therefore, we value individuals for the unique talent they may bring to our firm.  We understand that continuing our tradition of excellence depends on hiring, training, developing, and retaining a diverse group of talented and motivated people who are confident in their ability, creative in their thinking, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.

Associates

We are committed to recruiting lawyers whose work ethic, judgment, character, intelligence, and creativity will inspire their colleagues and clients.  Ultimately, we seek energetic, business-minded individuals who share our passion for the law and our commitment to client service, integrity, and collaboration.

We have a dynamic, entrepreneurial atmosphere, and our lawyers like building their careers here.  In contrast to larger Maryland and D.C. firms, our firm size and culture allow for a collegial atmosphere where partners and associates collaborate freely and frequently across practice areas.  We believe in mentoring and coaching our associates to help them hone their business development and client relationship skills.
