McNamee Hosea Welcomes Litigation Associates

Mr. Brown joins our Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups bringing a well-rounded knowledge to the ﬁrm. With a focus assisting clients with bankruptcy cases, title insurance defense and general business law, Michael is experienced in numerous practice areas. Michael truly cares about assisting and advocating for his clients while providing sound advice to resolve current legal issues and guidance to avoid future problems.

Mr. Brown has previously worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Michael graduated from Bowie State University with a degree in Sport Management with a minor in Economics. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland.

Mr. Cohill joins our Litigation practice group, with a primary focus on Real Estate and Construction Law, as well as business and consumer Bankruptcy matters. With extensive experience litigating complex cases, involving construction disputes, community association law, landlord-tenant, fair housing, business disputes, bankruptcy, and collections, Ryan brings detailed knowledge in a wide array of legal areas to the litigation and bankruptcy teams at McNamee Hosea.

Mr. Cohill has previously worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Integrated Science and Technology. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. Ryan is admitted to practice in Maryland, District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Ms. McAuliﬀe joins our Litigation Group with a primary focus on litigation, business disputes,title insurance defense, commercial collections and creditors’ rights. She will view each unique legal situation from all vantage points in order to gain an accurate understanding of the issues at hand and will assist her clients by guiding them through the legal system as eﬀectively and eﬃciently as possible. Erin brings a positive attitude and unique litigation experiences to the team at McNamee Hosea.

Ms. McAuliﬀe has previously worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. She graduated from Washington College with a degree in Political Science and Government. She received her J.D. from The Catholic University of America,Columbus School of Law. Erin is admitted to practice in Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
