James C. Tuomey Joins Litigation Department — McNamee Hosea Welcomes James C. Tuomey

Mr. Tuomey joins the Firm’s Litigation group. With years of experience in both state and federal courts, James has earned an abundance of both unique and practical knowledge resulting in exponential growth as an attorney. These experiences in addition to his diligent and communicative approach play a major role in his ability to provide quality representation.

James most recently served as a federal prosecutor in the Violent Crime & Gangs Section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland. James graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in Political Science and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and New York.
