McNamee Hosea Mourns the Passing of Daniel F. Lynch, III

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Daniel F. Lynch, III on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Dan joined the firm as a Partner in 2011, concentrating his practice in Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Development. During his career, Dan assisted local, regional, and national clients with their development needs in Prince George's, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Charles Counties. Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a Partner in the Law Firm of Knight, Manzi, Nussbaum & LaPlaca, P.A. where he began his career in 1990.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1985 from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. There, he was on the Dean’s List, a Class Representative, and a Contributing Writer for the Student Government Newspaper. He later received his Juris Doctorate in 1989 from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law.
