Danielle M. Cruttenden has focused her practice in estate planning and estate and trust administration since 1991. Danielle is experienced in drafting numerous estate planning documents including Wills and Revocable Trusts with credit shelter, marital and generation skipping provisions, Life Insurance Trusts, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts and Charitable Trusts. Ms. Cruttenden sits as a member of the Estates and Trusts Section Council of the Maryland Bar Association where she leads the educational program planning and participates in the shaping of Maryland's Estates and Trust laws. Danielle is also a board member of the Charitable Gift Planning Advisory Committee of Anne Arundel Medical Center and the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council.

Ms. Cruttenden's career began at McNamee Hosea and her return to the firm adds an additional depth of experience and expertise to the already strong and comprehensive team of Estate and Trust attorneys, which now includes two female Principals. The firm is uniquely situated to provide in-depth assistance to meet the unique needs of business owners and individuals in a wide range of estate planning and legal services.
McNamee Hosea was founded in 1982 in Prince George's County, where the firm currently occupies offices in the Capitol Office Park in Greenbelt adjacent to the federal courthouse for the Southern District of Maryland. The firm continued its expansion into Anne Arundel County, Southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore areas when it opened its first Annapolis office in 1993.
