Justin P. Fasano Joins the Firm as an Associate


McNamee Hosea is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Justin P. Fasano to the Firm.

Mr. Fasano’s primary areas of practice are bankruptcy, business reorganizations, creditor rights and litigation. He represents debtors, trustees, creditors, lessors, secured lenders and shareholders in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases. He is experienced in various bankruptcy-related litigation and has significant experience litigating preferential and fraudulent conveyance lawsuits, dischargeability and discharge lawsuits and lawsuits relating to the fiduciary duties of corporate insiders. 

Justin graduated from the College of William and Mary where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. He received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. Justin clerked for the Honorable James F. Schneider in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland between 2007 and 2009, and thereafter began his practice at Whiteford Taylor & Preston, LLP, where he worked until August 2015. 

Admitted to practice in Maryland and Virginia, Mr. Fasano brings significant bankruptcy and litigation experience to the Bankruptcy Department. He strengthens the practice group with his knowledge of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Bankruptcy law, business reorganization and creditors’ rights.
