Receiving his JD from George Mason University School of Law, Arlington, Virginia in 2000, Mr Palik is admitted to practice law in the following Jurisdictions: Virginia (2000), District of Columbia (2001), and Maryland (2001)

Mr. Palik is also admitted to the following Courts: U.S. District Court District of Maryland (2001), Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Virginia (2001), U.S. District Court Eastern District of Virginia (2005), U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia (2006), and U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit (2005).

Mr Palik is a member of the Maryland Bankruptcy Bar Association.
