Garth E. Beall
Mr. Beall first joined the Firm as a law clerk in 1996 while studying law at the University of Maryland School of Law. Upon graduation from law school in 1997 and admission to practice law in Maryland, he was hired as an associate in the corporate department of the Firm practicing primarily in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and Internet & Technologies.
He has participated in wide variety of sales of small and mid-size business to various private and publicly owned acquirers. He has also helped advise a variety of local emerging technology companies on various intellectual property, strategic alliance, equity-based compensation and other legal issues common to such businesses.
Mr. Beall is a graduate of Boston College (B.A., 1994), and a lifelong resident of the State of Maryland.
He is the Vice Chairman of Ledo Pizza System, Inc., an 80 franchise system which Mr. Beall's family founded and is headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland.
