About Dan Lynch
With a concentration in Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Development, Dan has over 25 years of experience assisting clients with their development projects in Prince George's, Howard, Anne Arundel and Charles Counties. Dan has handled numerous cases ranging from heavy industrial uses, such as concrete plants and surface mining operations, to residential uses such as single-family residential subdivisions and large multi-family mixed use developments. He has also handled numerous commercial real estate transactions in his capacity as local counsel for his national clientele.
Creative and aggressive, Dan assists his clients in obtaining development approvals in an expeditious and timely manner. He has a 95% approval rate and will work to drive his cases through the process seamlessly while ensuring a positive outcome.
Dan is naturally outgoing and social and enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of the office.
