About Cliff

Dedicated and attentive, Mr. Glover brings additional insight and knowledge to our Employment Law and Business Litigation practice areas.  His primary area of practice is Labor and Employment Law with a focus on the management side of employment litigation and counseling. Cliff also focuses his practice on representing various businesses in state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  He is dedicated to client satisfaction and works to ensure that his clients are prepared in all aspects of employment and business law when it comes to compliance, planning and implementing proactive policies that protect them from unnecessary court battles.

Mr. Glover’s employment law practice also focuses on the advisement of chief law enforcement departments in aspects of managing police agencies in regards to police misconduct matters, litigation of civil and administrative disciplinary matters that arise from the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights, and drafting of regulations and internal policing policies. In addition, Cliff’s involvement with various agencies also includes legal risk management analysis, internal department audits and compliance regulatory reviews.

A Native of the Washington, D.C. area, Cliff became an attorney to help clients navigate their way through the legal system.  With a friendly and respectful demeanor, Mr. Glover works hard with clients to achieve their goals.  One of the best pieces of advice that he says he has received is that "the worst thing someone can say to you is no, so ask away."

When he isn’t in the office, Cliff enjoys spending time with his family and hiking.
