His primary area of practice is Labor and Employment Law with a focus on the management side of employment litigation and counseling. He is dedicated to client satisfaction and works to ensure that his clients are prepared in all aspects of employment law when it comes to compliance, planning and implementing proactive policies that protect them from unnecessary court battles.

Mr. Glover’s employment law practice also focuses on the advisement of chief law enforcement departments in aspects of managing police agencies in regards to police misconduct matters, litigation of civil and administrative disciplinary matters that arise from the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights and drafting of regulations and internal policing policies.
