McNamee Hosea Welcomes Justin M. Ginsburg and James C. Tuomey as Associates of the Firm

Mr. Ginsburg joins our Estates & Trusts and Tax practice groups with approximately twenty years of diverse work experience. Justin is a well-rounded attorney who makes it his priority to understand his clients’ needs in order to tailor their documents to best meet their unique circumstances. He worked in a boutique estate planning and trust administration law firm for four years prior to joining McNamee Hosea.

Justin attended the University of Maryland where he attained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Furthermore, Justin has a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Baltimore and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University. Justin received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law with a Business Law Concentration. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Tuomey joins the Firm’s Litigation group. With years of experience in both state and federal courts, James has earned an abundance of both unique and practical knowledge resulting in exponential growth as an attorney. These experiences in addition to his diligent and communicative approach play a major role in his ability to provide quality representation.

James most recently served as federal prosecutor in the Violent Crime & Gangs Section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland. James graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in Political Science and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and New York.
