The Law office of McNamee Hosea is pleased to announce that John P. Lynch will be become a name principal, effective immediately The new firm name will be McNamee, Hosea, Jernigan, Kim, Greenan and Lynch, P.A.

Mr. Lynch has almost two decades of experience in civil and commercial litigation, focusing on business disputes, construction litigation, insurance defense and real property matters. He has successfully litigated, negotiated or resolved numerous complex and highly contested business, construction and real estate matters for local and national companies and insurers.

Mr. Lynch has twice been named a "Top Attorney" in the Washington Metropolitan area by Washingtonian Magazine (2004 and 2007), a distinction reserved for approximately one percent of practicing attorneys.

He was educated at the University of Maryland (B.A. Economics, 1986) and Widener University (J.D., 1989). Mr. Lynch is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar, and is a member of Anne Arundel County and Prince George's County Bar Associations. He also is admitted to U.S. District Court of Maryland, U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit. Mr. Lynch serves on the Board of Directors of the James C. Cawood Inns of Court (formerly Paca Brent Inns of Court) and the University of Maryland College Park Alumni Club (Prince George's).
