About Matt Tedesco

Born and raised in a local law enforcement family, Matt built his career practicing law rather than enforcing the law. With extensive experience in land use and zoning, as well as real estate development, Mr. Tedesco assists local, regional and national clients with all of their property development needs. Having strong relationships with various federal, state and county agencies, elected officials, community leaders, engineers, and consultants, Matt uses his resources, knowledge and skills to his client’s advantage and assists them in reaching their business goals. 

Determined, personable and extremely outgoing, Matt is an overall team player that is dedicated in representing his clients’ interests in a manner that ensures positive results. 

Interesting fact – Matt has an identical twin brother who is also an attorney.

El Dorado County, No. 22-1074, holding that the Fifth Amendment Takings Clause “does not distinguish between legislative and administrative land-use permit conditions,” but instead “prohibits legislatures and agencies alike from imposing unconstitutional conditions on land-use permits.” Full Article
