About Justin

A native of Washington, DC, Justin M. Ginsburg is a focused, diligent, and compassionate individual and attorney. Being intrigued by the government's impact on the business environment and the desire to understand the purpose of the legal system in society led Justin to attend law school.

Justin has twenty years of diverse work experience, is well-rounded and can be entrusted with significant responsibility. He earned an MBA in finance and law degree with a Business Law Concentration while working full-time in the affordable housing industry, and has held positions in real estate development and finance, tax controversy and litigation.

Justin’s extensive work and educational background has enabled him to create thorough and personalized estate plans for hundreds of clients. When representing his clients, he makes it a priority to get to know them very well in order to customize their documents and help them achieve all of their goals.

Justin’s clients also benefit from his expertise in tax. Justin has a Master of Laws in Taxation and advises his clients on income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as Maryland’s and Washington, DC’s estate taxes and Maryland’s inheritance tax.

For leisure, Justin enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and taking his dog to the park. Fun fact about Justin; he ran two Navy-Air Force half marathons to support the Wounded Warrior Project.
