“My approach to representing clients is to formulate a personalized strategy, in light of their particular legal needs, with a view toward maintaining their overall financial health.”
About Greg Hislop
With experience litigating complex construction and business claims, Greg has established a reputation of zealous advocacy for his clients. Dedicated and encouraging, he has successfully represented his real estate and construction clients through issues ranging from to day to day business operations to large litigation claims in both State and Federal Courts. Greg also assists the firm’s land use attorneys in appellate litigation matters. Greg says that his primary goal in his representation of clients in the real estate and construction industry is to “protect the client’s immediate financial interests, while also being mindful of the client’s overall and long term business health.
His current clients include developers, general contractors, subcontractors, government contractors, and banking institutions. From commercial collections to resolving a prime contract, subcontract, or mechanic’s lien dispute, whatever the issue, Greg will provide the appropriate strategic and legal advice.
Greg is a lover of all things sports. He is a huge Washington Commanders and Washington Nationals fan, and a baseball coach for the teams of his two sons. He also serves as pro bono counsel to two local youth sports organizations.
