McNamee Hosea is pleased to announce the addition of Lin Pang, Esq. to the firm's Commercial Real Estate practice. In addition to business transactions, Lin will also handle liquor licensing and other business and administrative law matters.
Lin graduated magna cum laude from Fudan University in Shanghai, China, where she received her Bachelor of Law (2005). She received her Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, P.A. (2007) and she received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law (2010).
Prior to joining our firm, Lin worked as an Associate at the Law Office of Z. Tan, PLLC, in Flushing, New York. While there she handled real estate closings, including short sale, REO, condominium, cooperative apartments and commercial refinancing. She also worked at the Maryland International Incubator in College Park, MD, as an Associate, assisting international companies with setting up subsidiaries in Maryland.
Lin's talent, experience, and business acumen will be a tremendous asset to the firm as it continues to expand and strengthen its commercial real estate practice.
