McNamee Hosea Jernigan Kim Greenan & Lynch, P.A. is pleased to announce that Steven L. Goldberg has joined the firm as an Associate. His primary areas of practice are Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights and Litigation practice. Mr Goldberg handles a wide variety of debtor-creditor disputes, including representing clients in many aspects of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases before the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldberg was employed by Paley Rothman in Bethesda, Maryland.
Before joining Paley Rothman, Mr. Goldberg clerked for the Honorable Nancy V. Alquist on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. During law school, he interned for the Honorable John N. Prevas, chief judge of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore City.
Mr. Goldberg received his B.S. at Ithaca College prior to earning his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a Production Editor on the Law Review and a member of the Heuisler Honor Society. He is a member of the Maryland Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
