Lynch as a Principal in the firm and Matthew C. Tedesco as an associate attorney, both concentrating in zoning and land use law and Lindsey K. Erdmann as an associate attorney concentrating in domestic and family law.
DANIEL F. LYNCH has practiced land use and zoning law in Prince George's and surrounding counties for over twenty-one years. Prior to coming to McNamee Hosea, Mr. Lynch was a partner at the Upper Marlboro firm of Knight Manzi Nussbaum and LaPlaca. He represents not only major Washington area developers and builders, but also national companies and franchised operations seeking to locate to or relocate within this area. He is a graduate of Catholic University where he received both his undergraduate degree and law degree. Mr. Lynch is currently Co-chairman of the Administrative Law Committee of the Prince George's County Bar Association.
MATTHEW C. TEDESCO has practiced land use and zoning law for over six years as an associate lawyer to Mr. Lynch and the late William E. Knight, the founder of Knight Manzi. Mr. Tedesco joined Knight Manzi in Upper Marlboro after law school and worked with Mr. Lynch and. Mr. Knight. Mr.Tedesco received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his law degree from Ohio Northern University where he graduated with distinction. He was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michele D. Hotten prior to joining Knight Manzi as an associate lawyer.

In addition, LINDSEY K. ERDMANN has chosen to join McNamee Hosea as well. Ms. Erdmann practiced as an associate at Knight Manzi practicing in domestic law. She brings with her a strong referral network and great credentials. Ms. Erdmann received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her law degree from the University of Maryland Law School. She was a law clerk for the Honorable Julia B. Weatherly. Ms. Erdmann has served with distinction in a variety of state and local bar association committees. She is presently the Co-chair of the Family Law Committee of the Prince George's Bar Association. She is a past president of the Prince George's County Chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of Maryland. Lindsey is also a member of the Board of Directors as well as Chair of the Executive Committee and President of Community Legal Services of Prince George's County, Inc. Lindsey joins our firm as an associate attorney.
