Mr. Tracy was appointed as a Principal effective January 1, 2006. His primary area of practice is providing counseling and dispute resolution services to the construction industry. Mr. Tracy represents subcontractors and general contractors throughout Maryland and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Mr. Tracy was appointed as a consultant to the Maryland Apprenticeship Training Council by Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., is on the Board of Directors of the Associated Builders & Contractors Chesapeake Chapter, and is a member of the D.C. Metropolitan Subcontractors Association.
