McNamee Hosea Jernigan Kim Greenan & Walker, P.A. is pleased to announce that Kevin M. Elden has joined the firm as an Associate. His primary area of practice is Real Estate and Business Transactions.
Prior to joining McNamee Hosea, Kevin served as Legal Counsel for K. Hovnanian Homes Southeast Division from 2005-2007. As Legal Counsel, Kevin was primarily involved in company land acquisitions for the territory extending from South-central Pennsylvania to Georgia, associated land use issues and legal matters arising from the day to day business operations of the company.
Before his appointment as Legal Counsel, Kevin served as a law clerk for K. Hovnanian Homes from 2004-2005. While attending law school, Kevin clerked for Blumenthal, Delavan & Williams, P.A. in Annapolis, Maryland, a firm focusing primarily on general land use matters and real estate transactions.
Kevin received his undergraduate education from Clemson University (B.S., Economics). In May 2005, he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. A Maryland native, who currently resides in Annapolis, Kevin looks forward to serving both current and future clients with the same exceptional level of service McNamee Hosea clients have come to expect.
