Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Neal was employed by Young & Valkenet in Baltimore, Maryland from 2007-2009 and McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC in Laurel, Maryland from 2009-2010.
Mr. Neal received his undergraduate (B.S., Management) and graduate (M.B.A.) degrees from Salisbury University. In 2007, he received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Bar, the Virginia Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
