Daniel F. Lynch is a principal in the law firm of McNamee, Hosea, Jernigan, Kim, Greenan and Lynch, P.A., located in Greenbelt and Annapolis, Maryland. Mr. Lynch's practice is concentrated in the area of zoning, land use, real estate development and administrative law.

Mr. Lynch has practiced law since 1990 primarily in Prince George's, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery Counties. Mr. Lynch has handled numerous land use and zoning cases ranging from heavy industrial uses such as concrete plants and surface mining operations to residential uses such as single-family residential subdivisions and large multi-family mixed use developments. Mr. Lynch has also handled numerous commercial real estate transactions in his capacity as local counsel for his national clientele.

Mr. Lynch is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the Catholic University of America. Mr. Lynch is currently Co-chairperson of the Administrative Law Committee of the Prince George's County Bar Association.
